Steps Involved

1You will receive a customer pack containing full instructions and a special tamper proof, bar-coded wallet. Insert your documents, close the security seal, and hand it in to your nearest post office for delivery.

2An Post will send it to us by freepost courier and will give you a tracking receipt, so you can follow the delivery to SafeKeeping. We will confirm delivery with you.

3You may put as many documents as you like in your wallet, up to its capacity. You must nominate at least two persons, other than yourself, who will have the right to request your wallet. This is important should you, for any reason, be unable to contact us yourself. You may nominate your solicitor, executor or two trusted friends as your representatives.

When you need it back, contact us by phone or email and you’ll have it next day by pre- paid registered post.
